My journey through dentistry has been anything but conventional. From receptionist and dental nurse, to treatment coordinator and practice manager, through to recruitment expert, award-winning trainer, and now personal and practice growth consultant and specialist dental marketing and branding partner. I've lived every layer of this industry.
Marketing, recruitment, team culture, patient experience - none of it is covered in dental school. But all of it determines whether your practice thrives or just gets by.
